Booking
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at time of booking with remaining 75% payable 2 weeks in advance, should no confirmation be received the booking will be cancelled. This is payable by check or credit card.
$150 cleaning fee. 3 day minimum. A $500 damages deposit is also required, refundable upon satisfactory check-out. Credit card required for deposit and rental agreement must be signed.
